The mission of Peninsula Capital Corp. (PCC) is to provide quality, affordable housing for our residents while also providing strong risk adjusted returns for our investors.

PCC is using the latest advancements in technology to achieve these goals such as leasing, property acquisitions, repairs and maintenance and call centres for our tenants.

We do not take any promotes or fees to associated entities (i.e. no property management fees or asset management fees) to ensure that our investors’ interests are aligned. To date, we have amassed a portfolio valued at over USD $130 million and we have material, but controlled, growth plans over the next 2-3 years.

Purchase an additional 2,200 houses (~2,800 units) over three years (average cost $50-150,000 USD per house)

Look to expand into at least two new markets within three years while continuing to scale in our existing markets

Minimum of 100 houses in each market we participate in

With the acquisition of our property manager in 2019, Dasa Properties LLC., we have a complementary strong local management team and a centralized back office that can service other regional markets as we enter them.
