PCC was formed to provide a differentiated investment opportunity that invests in a portfolio of single family residential properties that provide high rental cash flow with cap rates in excess of 10% while allowing investors to participate in the housing upside. Assets are acquired below replacement cost and once renovated and stabilized, our values are in excess of our deployed capital.
PCC has targeted Buffalo and Rochester, NY as its initial markets to consolidate and is preparing to enter similar markets in the Northeast and Midwest United States that are attractively priced and cash flow rich.
Our business model is to buy, hold and then sell opportunistically to provide investors with the highest returns possible.
